Tabata is interval metabolic training, which engages most of the muscles in the body. Thanks to this, it “turns up” the metabolism and accelerates fat burning.

Full body workout

This class targets your full body whether its for stronger and more toned arms, stronger core or more powerful defined legs. This class trains them all.

HIIT / Circuit

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, this an exercise program designed for people who want to quickly burn fat and improve their condition. HIIT training gives three times better results in slimming than slow state cardio.

Strength Endurance

Some exercises will have more of a resistance emphasis. This will increase your strength.

Mobility & Flexibility

Flexibility is the ability of a muscle(s) to lengthen easily.

Mobility is the ability of a joint to move actively through a range of motion.

Using various methods to help develop maximal body control, flexibility, and usable ranges of motion. Leading to more resilient joints, improved performance while reducing the risk of injury.
