Easy2health reserves the right to decline a training session if you have been assessed to not be medically safe or suitable for exercise. You might be asked to consult with your GP or medical professional.

Easy2health reserves the right to decline a training session if you are in influence of any illegal substances or alcohol, and your state endangers your health or surroundings.

Easy2health is committed to protecting our customer privacy & takes its responsibility regarding the security of customer information & data very seriously. No details you provide us will be passed on to any other party unless in a medical emergency or receiving payment from Exercise Referral Program.

Easy2Health collects personal information when you register with us. We will use this information to provide the products and services requested. We will not share your information for marketing purposes with companies outside of Easy2Health.

We archive information for 12 months. After 12 months or if information has changed easy2health will delete any digital or paper information. You always have right to change, view or request for destroying your personal data. For more information about how we use your information, please see our privacy policy.

By using easy2health services you agree to grant easy2health permission to use your likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any & all of easy2health publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration in condition that easy2health will ask for your permission to take a photo each time. By using our services you understand and agree that all photos will become the property of easy2health but it can be deleted any time on my request.

By using our services you understand and agree to release and forever discharge easy2health from any responsibility or liability for injuries or damages, which may result from your participation in any activities or use of equipment provided by our personal training / fitness instructor.

You are advised to postpone entry into any form of exercise or participation in your programme if you feel unwell or have a temporary illness.

You must inform your personal trainer of any changes to your health status, whilst engaged in your training programme or activity.

By using our services you declare that you are physically fit and have either had a physical examination or been given clearance from my doctor to participate in physical activity.

The equipment used during training is owned by Easy2health or third party partners. If it is damaged by use contrary to the instructions or intended use contrary to the instructions given or premeditated. You will be charged for the repair or purchase of new equipment. In the event of vandalism, the relevant prosecuted authorities will be notified and the company may take legal action.

Governing Law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

The promotion is a local competition - valid in the area designated in LOCATION LIST

Participant - a person aged 18 - 64 years old, who has expressed a desire to participate in the promotion, who has submitted the correct application by:

- publishing / sharing the post on the board

- adding a comment explaining "Why do you want to win?"

Tagged friend - a person who has been tagged in the participant's post - is entitled to a one-time 10% discount on all easy2health services.

Winner - a person selected from the group of participants who will be entitled to receive the free services referred to in the arrangements "New Year Free Body Transformation Promotion".

Agreement

By entering the promotion, the participant agrees and accepts the general conditions and marketing consents. At the same time he declares that he/she is physically capable of training.

The participant agrees to actively participate in training and to comply with the trainer's recommendations. In the event of frequent non-compliance with the training regime and nutrition advice - easy2health reserves the right to cancel rest of remaining training sessions.

Easy2health will conduct 12 training sessions with the winner over a 3-month period (3 x 4h = 12h)

1 workout lasting 60 minutes a week.

The promotion is free for the winner in terms of personal training and fitness advice.

Free locations: Ibstock Leisure Complex and Measham Leisure Center

If the winner chooses a location in Coalville - Physique Fitness Gym - the participant pays the cost of using the gym £ 6 each time.

The winner will be notified in writing before choosing a location about the additional costs associated with paying for a Coalville gym.

Canceling Workouts

If the winner cancels the training at least 24 hours before training - the training can be postponed within 7-10 days as long as the trainer has the option of postponing the training to another date.

If the winner cancels the training less than 24 hours before training - the training is lost, counting as the service provided. In case of random situations - after contacting directly with the trainer - the decision belongs to the trainer.

If the winner is late - the training will be extended as long as both parties agree on the same day. If the trainer does not find such a possibility - the training will end at the set time. If the remaining time does not allow the winner to conduct training safely - the training will not take place due to the fault of the winner.

If the trainer cancels the training - the training will be rescheduled as soon as possible for both sides.

If the trainer is late - the training will be extended if both parties agree on the same day or on another training day.

Easy2health reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our healthy gift cards at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your healthy gift card constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully.

Easy2health gift cards remain the property of Easy2health who maintains the right to cancel the card in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so. For example: Easy2health reserves the right to decline a training session if you have been assessed to not be medically safe or suitable for exercise. You might be asked to consult with your GP or medical professional.

The gift card balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another card.

The maximum amount that an individual healthy gift card can hold is £1,000; this limit cannot be exceeded by performing balance transfers.

Validity

Your Healthy gift card is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase, after which any remaining balance will be removed and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged

In cases where your Healthy gift card is lost or stolen, Easy2health is unable to replace a card but if you already had your first appointment you can still use the remaining balance on a card after filling in declaration of loss. Easy2health cannot be held responsible for the any balance lost on a Healthy gift card as a result of theft or fraud. All Healthy gift cards have a unique number on the back of the card which is required for making an appointment. Easy2health cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised use by another party that was in possession of a card.

Should your Healthy gift card become damaged, Easy2health will be able to accept the card providing you still have the card in your possession and the necessary details can be obtained.

Using a Healthy Gift Card

Each gift card has a unique number assigned to the purchased option:

- Top-up - authorizes the card bearer to use the top-up equivalent for any bearer service offered by easy2health.

- Personal training (gym based) 1: 1 & Personal training (gym based) 2: 1 - entitles you to take advantage of the purchased 60 minutes of training sessions in accordance with the Location List.

- Personal training (OUTSIDE GYM / HOME / SUITABLE PLACE) 1: 1 & Personal training (OUTSIDE GYM / HOME / SUITABLE PLACE) 2: 1 - entitles you to use the purchased 60 minutes of training sessions in accordance to Home Service Range with the equipment belonging to easy2health.
