All clients must fill out a PAR-Q before being able to use any of our services

The PAR-Q will allow me to determine if you are medically safe and suitable for exercise.

This includes your contact details, emergency contact details, medical information, an informed consent and liability waiver.

Easy2health is committed to protecting our customer privacy & takes its responsibility regarding the security of customer information & data very seriously. No details you provide us will be passed on to any other party unless in a medical emergency . PRIVACY POLICY
